For over three decades since 1986, USG Group Of Companies (USG) continues to research, form alliances and develop strategy striving to serve the maintenance, repair and operation requirement with high-quality replacement parts for heavy machinery and equipment used in construction, quarry, forestry, mining, marine, oil and gas industry.
USG Group Of Companies, including establishment in Singapore and Malaysia, started with the principal activity involving domestic and international sales and distribution of undercarriage components for heavy machinery used in construction, quarry and forestry industry, and had since expanded our products applicable for machinery and equipment used in Mining, Marine, Oil and Gas industry.
We had also built up a wide distribution network with regional dealers in other Asia countries, including Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, Australia, New Zealand, China, India, and more.
Over 30 years, we relentlessly and constantly reforming ourselves into an integrated solution provider in the global aftermarket parts industry. We aim to provide integrated solution to our clients, formed by our global sourcing channel, end-to-end technical support, central stocking facility with parts repair and assembly services.

We form alliances and partnerships with renowned manufacturers for OEM and aftermarket sectors globally, from United States of America, Italy, Spain, China, India, South Korea, Japan and more, to expand our product category and range covering the potential market and requirement. We also exercise stringent quality control of all materials specification for the products that we supply and distribute.
End-to-End Technical Support
We are consistently responsive to our clients’ enquiry or special requirement for verification on the parts and machine compatibility. Additionally, we coordinate site visits for survey and troubleshooting with qualified personnel to provide solutions for the machinery or equipment asset owners to resolve unexpected issues and for their advanced procurement planning.
Central Stocking Facility, Parts Repair and Assembly
We are backed by facilities with big storage capacity, not only to ensure stocks availability and short lead time, also to provide our customer wide range of logistic options such as arrangement of consolidated shipment. We are also equipped with computerised precision assembly machine to provide services in our domestic facility to repair and recondition used track components.
